i really should be more consistant in my blogging but hey this whole internet thing is new to me…  ish.  anyhow we had a lovely 2 week break after Reading/Leeds getting to know Chicago all over again.  My scooter started which made it complete.  The jeers of “faggot” never felt so good, after all it is powder blue and Chicago is definitely home to a lot of fratty sports fans so I can’t blame them.  Reading and Leeds were one of those life changing events for us.  We played to well over 100K kids over those 2 days and it was surreal.  We got to hang out with Deftones, Alexisonfire, FOB, the Fightstar and Youme@6 dudes - and of course we got retarded.  And just like that we’re back over seas in Germany at the moment with Papa Roach.  Some kids have emailed asking why we’re touring with Papa Roach and i’ll tell you right now - we could jump on a “cool, trendy” tour and creep through Europe playing to 300 kids a night and look good in the press. OR we could go out with a legitemate rock band whove managed to dodge trends and remain relevant for over 10 years…   and play to 3,00 kids a night.  It’s obvious.  And we made the right decision.  the shows are insane and the P-roach dudes are so effin cool that we’re having the time of our lives.  We get to run this tour all the way through England which is fantastic.  You all know England is our favorite place and now we get to play to a new audience - albeit one that may be yet again too “metal” for us but you know we love a challenge.  We just finished the Oblivion video and it’s easily the best one we’ve made, we’re super stoked on it.  The single should be impacting UK soon and as soon as we get back the the states with Silverstein it’ll be out there too.  Can’t wait..  our label has been so smart and consistant with us.  They’ve given us about 6 months to tour on Attics before we go full tilt and these days you need that kind of commitment and patience, we’re lucky.  Having said that, Attics is still a new record to us and as much as we continue to write new material, we’re gonna work it for a long time.  I heard a rumor that we all hate each other and are breaking up.  Nope, when we hate each other we just make fun of each other, maybe piss in one another’s cheerios and then it’s all over.  Madina will be making records for years and years to come.  Thanks for you’re support - love you all!!
